At OC Maker Hub, we aim to provide a welcoming, creative space where anime enthusiasts, writers, and roleplayers can design memorable original characters. To ensure our platform remains accessible and enjoyable for everyone, all users must follow this Content & Community Policy.

1. Strictly Safe For Work (SFW) Platform

OC Maker Hub is exclusively a Safe For Work (SFW) platform. All generated illustrations, character profiles, backstories, and text outputs must remain suitable for general audiences.

We maintain strict technical guardrails to prevent the generation of explicit or harmful material. Attempting to bypass, trick, or circumvent these guardrails is a direct violation of our policy.

2. Prohibited Content

The following categories of content are strictly prohibited across all tools and features on the Service:

  • Adult and Sexually Explicit Content: Nudity, visible genitalia, sexual acts, fetish depictions, sexually suggestive attire designed to evade filters, or sexually explicit text scenarios.
  • Severe Violence and Gore: Graphic depictions of blood, mutilation, dismemberment, torture, or bodily harm.
  • Self-Harm and Suicide: Any depictions, prompts, or text templates referencing self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
  • Harassment and Hate Speech: Content that promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation, or veteran status.
  • Depictions of Real People: Creating portraits intended to impersonate, ridicule, or defame real living individuals without their express consent.
  • Illegal and Dangerous Material: Content depicting unlawful substances, weapons manufacturing, terrorism, or exploitation of any kind.

3. Original Character Designs and Intellectual Property

Our generators are built to empower creative fan storytelling through original character concepts:

  • Original Characters Only: All generator trait selections produce original character combinations. Users should not attempt to recreate proprietary, copyrighted official character models or trademarked assets.
  • Unofficial Fan Pages: The themed pages on our site (such as our Demon Slayer OC Maker, Pokemon Trainer Generator, and MLP OC Maker) provide generic stylistic options for fan roleplay. These tools are completely unofficial and do not feature official logos, trademarked character designs, or copyrighted art from franchise owners.
  • Respect for Creators: Users retain rights to their original character concepts, while third-party intellectual property rights belong exclusively to their respective corporate owners.

4. Platform Monitoring and Enforcement

We employ automated text and image safety filters to intercept prohibited content before rendering:

  • If a generation request triggers safety filters, the request will be blocked, and no image will be produced.
  • Credits spent on prompts that deliberately violate our SFW rules are non-refundable.
  • Accounts that repeatedly attempt to generate prohibited material will be suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice.

5. Reporting Inappropriate Content

If you discover any content or system vulnerability on OC Maker Hub that violates this Content & Community Policy, please notify us immediately by emailing hello@ocmakerhub.com with relevant details and screenshots.
