Refund Policy

We strive to provide transparent pricing and reliable service. Because our platform provides immediate digital image generation utilizing cloud GPU processing, our refund policy balances customer fairness with computational server expenses.

1. Free Credits and Test Generations

New accounts receive five (5) complimentary credits after signing in with Google. Each portrait uses one credit. Character sheets, stat cards, and headcanon generators are free. You can try portrait generation before buying a credit pack.

2. One-Time Credit Packs and Refunds

Credit packs are one-time purchases with no recurring charges. Credits never expire. If you have not used any credits from a purchased pack, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase by emailing hello@ocmakerhub.com. Once credits from a purchase have been used to generate portraits, that purchase is non-refundable because generation incurs processing costs.

3. Technical Failures and Generation Errors

If a technical error or server malfunction results in credits being deducted from your account without an image being rendered, our system is designed to automatically restore the missing credit balance immediately.

If your credits are not automatically restored after a verified technical glitch, please email hello@ocmakerhub.com with your account email and the approximate time of the error. We will verify our server logs and restore your credits promptly.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

All purchases are processed securely by our Merchant of Record, Anyway. If you experience an issue with a transaction, we kindly ask that you contact our support team at hello@ocmakerhub.com before filing a formal dispute or chargeback with your payment provider or bank. Most billing inquiries can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.

Accounts that initiate fraudulent chargebacks will be subject to immediate suspension.
