We collect only the information necessary to provide, secure, and improve our character creation tools:

  • Account Information: When you sign in using "Sign in with Google" (Google OAuth), we receive your email address, name, avatar image URL, and Google account identifier (Google sub). We do not collect or store passwords.
  • Generation Inputs: We collect the visual attributes, character names, and lore options you select within our generator menus to render your character artwork and stat cards.
  • Payment Information: When you purchase a credit pack, your order is processed directly by our Merchant of Record, Anyway. Anyway handles payment collection, taxation, and billing. We receive confirmation of completed orders, package details, and transaction identifiers. We do not handle or store payment card numbers on our servers.
  • Technical Log Data: When you visit the Service, our hosting infrastructure through Cloudflare automatically logs basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and referral URLs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for specific operational purposes:

  • To generate, display, and deliver your requested anime character portraits and lore sheets.
  • To maintain your user account and track your credit balance.
  • To fulfill one-time credit-pack purchases and manage orders through Anyway.
  • To monitor platform stability, prevent automated abuse, and enforce our Safe For Work standards.
  • To respond to your customer service questions or support inquiries sent to hello@ocmakerhub.com.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We partner with reliable infrastructure providers to deliver our web platform:

  • Anyway: Serves as our Merchant of Record to handle billing, order payments, invoicing, and tax compliance securely. Anyway processes transaction data under its independent privacy policy.
  • Google OAuth: Provides authentication services via "Sign in with Google" so you can sign in securely without creating a separate password.
  • Cloudflare: Provides hosting, content delivery network (CDN) services, and DNS routing.

These service providers have access only to the data required to perform their specific contractual duties on our behalf.

4. Data Storage and Retention

  • Generated Artwork: Character portraits generated on our platform are stored on our servers for approximately ninety (90) days from the date of generation. After ninety days, images may be automatically and permanently removed from our storage systems.
  • Account Profiles: Account details and saved character text lore remain stored for as long as your account is active.
  • Financial Records: Basic transaction records are retained for the duration required by applicable commercial accounting and tax regulations.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use essential session cookies and local storage tokens solely to keep you logged into your account and remember your interface preferences between visits. We do not deploy third-party advertising tracking cookies or behavioral tracking pixels across the web.

You can configure your web browser to reject cookies, though doing so may prevent you from logging into your account or accessing paid credits.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child under 13 has registered an account with us, please contact hello@ocmakerhub.com so we can delete the account promptly.

7. Your Data Rights

Depending on your place of residence, you may possess specific rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access and Portability: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about your account.
  • Correction: You may request corrections to inaccurate personal details.
  • Deletion: You may request the permanent deletion of your account and associated character data.
